Selene sat there in the canoe quietly, holding all her feelings inside. Though in truth, she just wanted to break down and cry. -
Spellina sniffled, holding her legs up to her chin.
She had'nt let the men take her satchel away. A soft meowing came from inside the bag, were her kitten hid. -
Papua, through tear filled eyes, watched the warriors carefully.

Selene heard the soft meowing next to the girl she was near. She looked over and slightly smiled, her love of cats getting the better of her.

Soon, though, the gentle rocking of the boat lulled the girl to sleep. -
Spellina looked at the other girl, and reached into the bag, stroking the kitten.
She gave a weak, faint smile, then went back to staring at the waves, and the island shrinking in the distance.
