Tomorrow I see my psychologist, and I have to tell them how things have been with me. Which isn't anything out of the ordinary obviously, but I recently did something stupid.

I hurt myself. I didn't cut, or anything that left any permanent Mark's, but I did strangle myself with a belt, because I wasn't happy and I wasn't thinking clearly.

I can't withhold this from them, but I'm scared to tell them because I don't want them to like remove me from my home or anything like that. I don't have a bad home life or anything like that, it was just an act that happened out of anger and frustration.

If you calmly explain it, you should be fine. If they bring up removing you, make it clear that you believe this would be a bad move and not good for you.
