I certainly hope he signs that contract. He'll definitely break it, but it's his only hope. He can't support himself. He doesn't know how. He's 22 years old and has never lived on his own.

So long story short I'm not sure why Mom and Dad were encouraged by last night. Personally I was repulsed. He even started getting angry and agitated at some points. He's no different. He never will be. That's just fact.

Hehe so when I finished book 9 (How to Steal a Dragon's Sword) I was so emotionally drained that I thought I couldn't continue. It cracked me up how the beginning of book 10 (How to Seize a Dragon's Jewel) legit had a disclaimer that it was a really dark story and to be careful when reading it. These HTTYD books are definitely dark. Super dark. Way darker even than Season 5 and 6 of Race to the Edge combined.

I'm an hour and a half in, four hours left to go. I have absolutely no idea what will happen.
Pretty sure Fishlegs didn't die. Just inserting my professional opinion there.
I'm curious to see what further developments there are with Valhallarama, It made me so sad that she betrayed Hiccup. The kid has a crappy mom in the books AND the movies! :(
Also I'm wondering when, or if, Hiccup ("Warty McSmelly") will tell Stoick and Gobber who he is. And what their reaction will be when he does.
I like Eggingarde or however you spell her name, except I thought that the Northern Wanderers didn't speak Norse, so I'm not sure how Hiccup is talking to her. I wonder if Cressida will bring in that they're fluent in Dragonese.
MY ONE REQUEST IS THAT ALVIN AMD EXCELLINOR BOTH DIE HORRIBLY GRUESOME DEATHS BY THE END OF THE SERIES. THAT IS ALL.
And apparently Hiccup gets tortured by Excellinor at some point in book 11, so uh....majorly looking forward to that =) -

I've kept this method of Internet access for almost 15 months now which is by far the longest ever, so I definitely don't want to jinx anything now.

The awesome thing about David Tennant's voicing is that I recognized her right away. For one horrible moment I thought it was either that three-headed dragon or someone like Madguts or Norbert ._. BUT NO IT WAS CAMICAZIand I kinda ship them now but don't tell the fandom
But seriously Hiccy there are more important things than Fishlegs right now. I get that he's your best friend, but there's a legit war going on right now. A dragon rebellion. The Red Rage. Don't be pulling a Darkest Night on me, boyo. -

For the record if this is the book where Snotlout dies that will be super amazing.
I mean he's been an absolute DICK for the last nine books, but just a few hours of self-reflection and a near-death experience may have been all it took to turn him around. Reminds me of Dagur in Enemy of My Enemy. Thanks, Gobber ^^ -

Okay well if I start listening to the audiobook now I'll be able to knock out about an hour and a half.
I think I have a little over 3 hours left of How to Steal a Dragon's Jewel?
So that leaves probably between 1:45:00 and 1:30:00 left.
Then after that there are two more books in the series, and then I want to go back and listen to the first two since I don't really remember those. But the early books were only like two or three hours long total, not five or six like they are now. I should probably finish the series by the end of June no prob. That will free up a lot of time once I finish those.
(btw I LOVE that YouTube saves your spot for you where you left off, otherwise I'd be screwed to find it especially because the video often crashes when you try to scroll/fast forward too much)
Maybe I'll be able to get to the rwby stuff by the weekend, sorry for being such a flake girls 😔

THERE WERE SO MANY DIDDLY DARN GODDAMN PLOT TWISTS THO I CAN'T EVEN
So I have a little over an hour and 45 minutes left of Book 10. Book 11 is just under 5 and a half hours long, and Book 12 is just over 7 hours long.
Then Book 1 is basically 3 and a half hours, and Book 2 is a little less than 3 hours.
So that leaves...
Between 20 and 21 more hours of audiobook. ._.
But if I get in an hour every day, I'll finish by the end of the month =)
