And I've never really had anxiety over them and in fact kind of like plane rides and have fallen asleep before the plane even left the ground a couple of times. However, this next flight that I have in about a month is really making me nervous and anxious. And I don't know if it's because my anxiety has gotten worse or if it's an international flight or what but I just want to stay home curled up in my blankets with my dogs
