Well the best thing you can all do is say you're terribly sorry to her when she gets on, and try not to do it again. You probably already have, but explaining it a bit more and proving that you were wrong and meant no harm is all you can do, she'll probably have cooled down by then and will have slightly forgiven you in her own way.
