first soccer practice went absolutely great. until when i was in goal i dove for the ball and hit my head on the metal goalpost. >_< i'm still dizzy and my mom thinks i might have a mild concussion.... all i know is that it's extremely hard to think and i'm constantly having blurry vision and motion sickness... from sitting still. :/ i gtg now. bai.

Omg Alana you need to go to the hospital. A concussion should be take seriously you need to be medically evaluate I just called my mom and told her about you and also recommend that child and adolescent athletes with a concussion not return to play on after being rule out of any injury. FYI both parent are neurosurgeon

Why cant she take you know your health come first I know a concussion is not a life-threatening injury, but it can cause both short-term and long-term problems that's why you need to go ASAP to the Emergency room to be in a safe side
