Haven't felt this sick in a while

Last night was especially bad. I don't know what time it was, past midnight sure, well I got up to use the bathroom, which is right outside my door, and I was feeling really nauseous and my whole head was spinning. As I stumbled back to my room, I almost threw up. I remember trying to turn around and close my door. Next thing I knew, I wake up on the floor after a little while. I literally fell over. The bed was, like, right behind me, the door was still open, and I was flat on my back on my rug, wondering where I was. I guess I couldn't walk without falling over. And then I had dozed off on the ground too. So weird

And I must have landed on my finger, because now that hurts too.
