Irrelevant, either way. I don't have access to all of that. I might get a few grants for coming from a poor family with a surplus of kids, and I can write my way into some bigger number scholarships. But that's not the case for a LOT of students. I'm not talking about the ones who are going to waste their education. There's always going to be some that will, and that's why there should be rules. If they drop out, they should have to pay for their classes, ect. I'm talking about the kids who could do so freaking much, but can't afford to go to school and get to the point where they can do those things. -

All of those resources are publicly accessible through the internet iirc (I only ever showed up in
erson for CLEPS and stuff) (fema may not have been? not sure). Don't think any offered scholarships or anything though so if you are trying for a full rkde it isn't a good path -
