Thread Topic: question for the female homosexuals of gotoquiz
-
do you use gay or lesbian
-
they are either pansexuals (useless sexuality), bisexual (ftw), or lesbian (rosie o'donell from the bottom, dyke on the top)
-
im not a girl but im feminine aligned so i'll try to answer the question
i use gay because im not a complete lesbian but i lean towards girls. imo gay can be used as an umbrella term for anyone who experiences same sex attraction, but lesbian is just for lesbians of course -
How can you be female aligned but not be a girl?
-
✨ i am nonbinary ✨
yes, it exists -
adjective
adjective: non-binary
1.
not relating to, composed of, or involving just two things.
But you're more aligned with being female?
Also, wouldn't you be bisexual if you're not completely gay? -
yes
i am not a boy or girl, but i lean a bit more towards femininity
BUT not a girl still
yes i am bisexual but i prefer girls/other feminine aligned people -
s--- is rather confusing. Thank you for your answers anyway.

I think it's simple really. Her brain is part boy psychology, part girl psychology. She uses the girl side of her brain more often than the boy side. So she leans more towards being a girl.
She is gay, meaning she likes the same gender. So when she does use the parts of her brain that are boys, she gets attracted to boys. But since she's normally using the girl parts of her brain, she normally likes girls, or people like her who have girl and boy parts of their brain and use the girl parts.
Okay... Maybe not simple. But that explains it more clearly I hope. -
In my opinion, the whole 'non-gender' 'gender-fluid' and 'gender-binary' thing has been a confusing topic that I choose to not get involved with. I stick to my basics, that being Male and Female. Of course, FtM trans and MtF trans are included within those to base categories.
If you want to be Genderfluid or whatnot, go ahead. More power to you. It's just not something I want to be a part of. (Not that anyone is forcing me to be.) -
If you aren't a "complete lesbian" and if gay is used as a "general" term to describe people who have attraction to the same-sex, why would you even use gay? You're practically bisexual with the preference leaning towards females. Don't complicate s---, trust me.
Her "personality" is a mixture between masculinity and femininity. Those characteristics are not required to become a gender, it's just the components that break down your identity. You are a female. Sometimes I like decking out in considerable male attire and f---ing it up with makeup and skirts, but I'm still female because those are just my fashion choices. -
"if you're not even gay but gay is an umbrella term for same-sex attracted people, then why do you use it?"
you just answered your own question, congrats
and i just said i'm bisexual. im not complicating anything
also i'm nonbinary, my clothes have nothing to do with my gender except when i really want to present a certain way (like cis gender conforming people wear skirts and makeup or shorts and snapbacks or whatever, its a similar concept)
:) please don't call me female again, thanks -
Does this mean Tomboys are gay!!!??
-
no
a tomboy is a girl who doesn't act traditionally feminine
a person's interests has nothing to do with their sexuality -
Charlie, no. I think you misread this. It's one thing for your brain to be a different gender than your parts. It's a whole nother thing to be interested in something generally liked by the opposite gender.
And it's definitely one thing to be attracted to the opposite gender, and a whole nother topic to like what the opposite gender likes. Do you understand now?
