Yeah, I said I'd make it within a few days, but the longer I wait, the less time between the closing of the thread and its reopening, and that's no fun. So here it is. Post whatever you want your future self to see next year. Everyone is welcome.

2017 hit off with a bang (in my lungs) but otherwise life is good. Christmas break was the best break ever, caught up with Senpai & other friends. Even the hospital time is ok. GTQ is dying but whatever you can learn to deal. Hope you keep all of your friends close, future me.

I know 2016 has been difficult.
What I expect from you is to stay clearheaded through everything. Natalie will undoubtedly cause more issues. Gramma is sick and I'm worried about her. If she's alright, please call her right now and tell her you love her. Make sure to stay on top of your assignments. I know you're a huge flirt, but you don't need the extra distractions. The law business is increasingly difficult to find success in, but you can do it because you have passion. You're not as depressed as before. Make sure you get into MN. If Brent has to move away, be there for him. Stop crying all the time. Sleep more. Walk more. Take care of yourself.

I hope this finds you well. Last time, I just devolved into self-loathing and deprecation. Let's try to avoid that this time, alright? I just wanted to say that I hope everything is going alright. I have a few questions for you to consider, if you would:
Are you making better paychecks now? Are you even still with Walmart?
You're getting closer now to the day your lease will be up. Have you started thinking about where you're going to go?
Have you been improving your art?
Are you making efforts to build anything close to a music career yet?
Did you get to visit Mirari, like you wanted?
You came out to your grandmother a couple months ago, and it was the best feeling. Have you tried telling anyone else in the family yet?
What happened with that Scotty guy? He seems too good to be true to me, but maybe he really is just that good of a person?
