and really, i truly am sorry
i don't know if i'm overreacting or not but i feel seriously guilty for subjecting you guys to all that and expecting you to play therapist for me
especially a few months ago in the summer
i promise i won't be so needy in the future -

in 2018 i'd like to, as i've said the past few years, improve a lot more on my art
i want to seek more stability in my life
i'd like to get better regarding my social, mental and emotional health
and of course i want to continue to do well in school -

i managed to get both of my projects done in time and my art teacher was nice enough to grade both of them really quick for me!!! so! i went from failing to a D to a freaking A!!!

i was also scared because i didn't do so well on the geometry exam, so my teacher gave us a participation grade! so i went from a B back to an A i'm pretty sure

today is such a great day. i'm so happy

the one thing i love about my new school is how the day before christmas break we don't do anything in class and pretty much the second half of the day we just have an extended advisory (or watch movies if we have everything done)

my advisor baked her whole advisory a box of cookies and got everyone their favorite drinks
she made me snickerdoodles, hershey kiss witch cat cookies, chocolate chip cookies, and these lemon cookies with blue sugar sprinkled on top
she also got me some pens because i mentioned running low on some and wrote me a card -
listen my advisor can be really blunt sometimes and isn't afraid to speak her mind to her students but she can also be really sweet and cares about her kids a lot
like. a lot. she spent almost $200 dollars for cookie ingredients for us -
nothing like this would have happened at my old school
our study hall teachers never cared this much lmao. neither did our regular teachers. they'd sometimes even assign us homework over break
