I've been practicing for 3years the only thing that improved is that my monsters aren't walking knives which is really just a design problem

I recommend watching a crap ton of art videos and art tutorials. Also befriending other artists would help a lot too (real life is probably better but digital art friends or an art group chat is fine too) then you can see all of their styles and you can constantly compare your art to others to see the areas you need or want to improve in

I already know a few areas that I need to improve in and most of my irl friends are artists even my sister is an artist the best I can do is art tutorials

What type of stuff do you like to draw? I'm all about characters and character design, I can totally recommend you some radtastic art youtubers :0
