So going back to my first few weeks of this site I came across this a few times.
Because of a profile picture you assume someone's gender.
First case I found was my friend ( No names) had a crush on Dark, but thought Dark was a boy because she had a male profile picture.
Second case getting in a fight with someone they assumed I was female ( At this time I hadn't transitioned ) while this was true they actually said because my profile picture was a red haired girl with long hair.
Lost any cases you've seen it happen or come across it, usernames work as well.
It can be here or elsewhere.

Yeah I have that problem too. I often mistakenly identify people's genders because of their profile picture.
So technically along those same lines, a person could assume I'm male 😳😳😳 -
^ I thought Dark was a guy, I thought Jinx was a guy, I thought you were a guy (when at the time you weren't), and I thought that both Matmail and Rocky were guys. So yeah
