I've been for suicide watch but I know someone that went for Suicide watch M. Plus, I meet a really cool transgender male that was on suicide watch M when I was there. -

I met two trans people. A guy like me, and this sassy black girl who was hilarious and all around amazing. She wasn't in my unit, though.

Suicide watch is when someone says they are killing themselves or will. It's not that bad. You don't get watched when taking a shower or anything like that.
Suicide M is for actually trying to kill yourself. Suicide M is what you described. We just call it something different. -
The trans guy I meet was amazing. He was super funny. He liked grabbing people's wrist when he talked and that got him in trouble a lot.
