I just remembered I designed my first pony on this game in high school and brought her here and there was a user drawing people's ponies and they wouldn't draw her because she was too stereotypically emo and it really hurt my feelings and shamed me out of using her anymore

I based her off a calico cat

I had one named Coldheart, which is the one that was super f---ing edgy
red and black, broken horn, permanent scowl, you know how it be
then when I got shamed for her, I redesigned her, but I like Sekhmet the best by far

Oooh I know what you mean, I got a bit of s--- characterisation on Cherry Springs, who was a white and pink pony.
Gypsy had a backstory being involved with Princess Luna, and a member of a made up group who protected dreams. So she was essentially immortal.
This meant she was very tall and slim for a non alicorn, as she was a unicorn.
She was creme and brown with a long flowy mane. She wore very flowy fabric and a flower crown.
She was usually sleeping and using her dream abilities to show herself as an alicorn.
I really liked her.
I had another one who was a mer pony before they were made canon, she was a koi fish. I think she was called like orange blossom. She was a cutie.
I haven’t watched the show in forever but I still enjoy the music. -

Unfortunately I don’t, I had some drawn up, but I don’t think I did it for either gypsy or OB.
Talking about them makes me want to draw them though so I might.

I like that her name is the same name of the lion goddess , but it’s also Egyptian and they worshipped cats so it’s like

I considered naming her calico, but that seemed too on the nose
then I was looking into bastet, but when I learned bastet is considered the gentler half of a goddess described as a powerful warrior, Sekhmet seemed like the better option -
Bastet is super interesting to me, because she was once the full package guard cat, but Ra did a thing, boom housecat.
Sekhmet is interesting to me for so many reasons but I like how they calmed her down with booze. It’s always been a highlight of that myth for me.
I think it’s a really suiting name, she looks really fierce but also really intelligent, which I think is because of the hair. -
