it seems like there's always a lot more conflict in the workplace than I'm ever aware of -

my hands are finally getting better and I could cry
you know when something just hurts so consistently you can't even imagine it ever not hurting again
I'm so excited -
and no one here is angry at me
no one's acting like I was overreacting and should have just worked through it
they seem angrier at the owner for not addressing it sooner
I'm so happy -
