I remember one I didn't finish... so thr normal humans had decided to stop the rising number of humans with special powers. They all came from an Alpha, it was a trait. So anyway humans just go guns ablaze, a country against itself and the civilians hve no idea what's going on. All of the outcasts (special people) are caught off guard and end up in the middle of a resistance type war. Undercover stuff, all of it.
