The day was dragging by slowly for Sisi. It was hard to concentrate when she had a nagging though pulling at every thought she tried to think about. What am I suppose to say? thought Sisi. By then the bus had stopped and it was time for her to get off. She could see his head in the sixth seat, waiting for an answer. She took in a deep breath, and started towards the bus door. She had a scrap of paper in her hand, on it was hre answer. As she passed him, she dropped it onto his biology book. She didn't day anything or even look at him, just walked down the steps and ran through the rain to her home. The boy now opens the folded peicec of notebook paper, and sees....Yes....

As Sisi opened the door, a strange whistling sound cooed through the home. Sisi shook here head and locked the door behind her. She was home alone, and her parents were away on business trips. She walked to the den and turned on the tV to chase away the silence. Thu-thump-thu-thump. Ice ran through sisi's veins. What was that?....

Alana's phone rings. She picks it up and says "Heyyy Sisi! How's it going?". She waits for Sisi's reply. Alana and Sisi had been friends since summer camp 2 years before. Though Alana moved to California she still was sure to keep in touch.

A thick, black shape oozed through the open window of the Sisi's house. Only a pair of white eyes stood out from the seemingly sentient shadow. Lerini the demon examined his new surroundings. The upstairs room of a building. But he could hear a television downstairs. Taking the form of an enormous black snake, slithered among the shadows. -

A teenage boy was standing in the entry way to the den. Sisi smelled the scent of Axe cologne and knew right away it was her ex-boyfriend, the one she had dumped for Duncan. It was Connor and he was smiling at her, hands behind his back, rocking on his feet. "Hi,"says Sisi ubeasily. -
Just then her phone rings, its Alana. "Hi Alana," Sisi says, "Help!"
