To both Steampunk and stargazer, when I was little, I loved the teletubbies. I was like 3-4, and had a crush on the red one!
Then when I was like 11 I watched Death Note... needless to say, innonence vanquished far as tv goes. -

Oh yeah. I wanted to mention. You should just tell him you like him (in person), especially if you know he likes you back. Don't worry about the friendship... technically it will still be a friendship, since you are young. Friends come and go -- you might regret it if he starts liking someone else later D:
