Americans are overly superficial about teeth
If you are born and have crooked teeth, it's kind of cute. As long as you brush them every once in a while
Also he could have a dental problem, smoke or have medication that f---s them up -
Well, "Family Guy" portrays the British as stereotypically snobbish and sophisticated, in addition to having excessively crooked teeth.

To be honest, their healthcare as far as dentistry kind of sucks
As a person, I think western world standard hygiene is kind of retarded anyway. Brushing your teeth is kind of overrated. -
