I major exercise is a decent bit of work to actually sweat all that much all over.
I don't get sick like hardly ever so I wouldn't know really but sense when do people get shortness of breath while sick? -
there are various sicknesses with shortness of breath, things that have to do with your lungs

Yeah but if you have a fever and throw up that is more like the flu not something else with the lungs really.
