Actually, I usually do speak to myself(I thoughtit was normal, honestly) And hold discussions out loud. And when I do that I have a part of me that's just like 'Naaaah'.
Or when there are a few subjects, I have a side of that's prone to disagree and i'm extremely indecisive.

Sounds like paranoia.
I also sometimes have hallucinations and think something alive may be nearby. That sounds like paranoia too -

Of course you aren't like me. But many people do get paranoid and such. And people are likely to have the same 'disorder' as you(obviously)
