Thread Topic: Anyone on?

Wrong use of blatantly, therefore, you aren't using correct grammar.
-
HEDDO! X3
-
What does blatantly mean to you? Where I come from it means obviously or similar. Anyway I don't care if your think I'm gracious or not, I actually didn't think anyone would believe it was her. But I guess I'm better at impersonating her than I thought.
-
*you
-
XD. Actually, blatantly, using the english dictionary, has two meanings. First one is in an unsubtle or unashamed manner. The second is used to emphazise the speakers opinion that something disapproved of is clearly the case.
-
This is so sad it's funny. XD
If you're not Gracious then who are you? -
?? I've never looked in the dictionary for it but those descriptions don't even make sense.
-
Apparently it's Blossom (whoever that is. I don't know everyone anymore).
-
My point is proven.
-
Blossom was just Gracious' other account.
-
Then I don't know who it is. Someone who isn't of Geek, I guess.
-
Who looks words up in a dictionary anyway? Unless they've never heard of it before. Blatantly kind of means "obviously".
-
I have heard of it before, but the word isn't in my vocabulary, unlike words like grueling and f--- are xP. I just wanted a back up statement, to prove myself, like any viable argument would need.

blatant [bleyt-nt]
adjective
1. brazenly obvious; flagrant: a blatant error in simple addition; a blatant lie.
2. offensively noisy or loud; clamorous: blatant radios.
3. tastelessly conspicuous: the blatant colors of the dress.
Definition is determined by context. -
I don't want to argue...
