Last night or sometime this morning, AnimePhan posted something that wasn't offensive at all. Some user or moderator clicked it offensive, and if I'm not mistaken, it got deleted. And everyone thinks I did it.

Exactly what McQueen just said. Regular users have an affect to make this offensive too. If I weren't a moderator but I clicked it offensive, it might start to grey out because of the high level I have. It could have been 20 normal users for all you know.
