So i'm out.

Time for challenge #2, battle for dominion.
This game is like risk, but modified for simplicity. I chopped this island (and surrounding water and mini islands) into 38 portions. The game ends when one team controls 30 or more portions.
Each portion has a number of fighters assigned to it, each round you get 10% more for reinforcements you can place.
Then you attack, select a portion you have, and then select a neighbouring portion your opponent has. And then using some formulas I calculate how many fighters each side loses. If the square attacked has 0 fighters then they are overtaken, and half the fighters from the old square move in. If a square already has 0 but not overtaken (some silly person won with only 1 remaining) it can be attacked as normal, just you always win.

Is the 10% going to be rounded up or down (assuming that it ends with .5)?
