Then you choose which to attack, and from where. -
Does the leader make the first move?

Anyone can, however if the leader comes on and says something his move is countd above the others.

Inspir didn't submit their actions within 12 hours so I'm assuming its our turn now.
I attack the areas that have a green circle (dark green gets priority) and I added the reinforcements to one of our territories. -
Since I have no idea what the f--- this is, i'm making Tim Temporary leader for the challenge, rest of you Team Dynami's. I'll still help and all (and be normal leader after the challenge) but you guys listen to Tim's command
