  Yes and yes. The players will be split into two teams and they'll compete with each other in a weekly challenge. The team that loses has to nominate one person to leave the game. Also, there will be no teams during the second half of the entire game.

  All sorts. Some will be about posting an communication, others will be about speed and skill, others will require strategy and luck and others require trust in your team/tribe. As the game progresses, the challenges will get harder and may require you to get in touch to your creative side.
  
  However, I can reveal that the first challenge will involve posting in threads.
