"Thank you," Daisuke whispered. "I don't remember them much, though.."

Akira frowned slightly. "That's sad.."

"It's better than not having a family at all."

Akira looked down, a sad expression on his face. "Yeah..."

Daisuke felt bad, so of course he went to hug Akira.

Akira hugged him back, resting his cheek on Dai's shoulder.

Dai patted his back soothingly, cuz that's what he does.

Akira sighed, still hugging him tightly.

"Don't be sad, Akira." -
"I'm sorry.." he whispered.

"It's okay. But I don't like seeing you sad.."

Akira nodded then sat back, smiling at Daisuke. "I'm not sad anymore. All better."

"Good," Daisuke muttered softly. He wasn't really smiling, but hsi voice sounded happy enough.
