Akira walked in and looked around. It was actually a pretty nice house.

Daisuke, as excited as he seemed to get inside, also seemed to be rather uneasy.
The house looked as if it had been completely abandoned, yet it was in condition to still have people living in it. There were picture frames on a lot of the cabinets.. Some of the pictures being of a small boy with a strong resemblance to Daisuke. -
Akira walked over to a picture that had only a young boy in it. "Hey, Daisuke, this looks a lot like you.." he said.

Dai looked over at the picture Akira was talking about. His face seemed a bit more serious than usual, if that was even possible. "That's because it is me."

Akira was a bit surprised. "Really?"

"Yes. Before everything happened, you know."
While there was some striking resemblances, the boy in the picture seemed very smiley and.. bright. Not much like adult Daisuke at all. -
"You looked so happy.." Akira said, a slightly sad tone in his voice.

"That's because I was really happy," Daisuke said with a sigh. "Things happen."

"I wish you could've stayed with your family this whole time."

"But I wouldn't have met you. And I feel happy with you."

Akira smiled, looking up at Dai. "Good, I'm glad." he said, going and giving him a small hug.

Dai seemed he was feeling a bit awkward after the hug, but nonetheless he smiled very softly and hugged him back.

Akira stepped back after a few seconds then looked around at the other pictures.

Most of the pictures were of the rest of his family. His mom, his father, and his male twin siblings. In family pictures, they seemed extremely happy.

"You had a beautiful family," Akira saidin awe, since he had never had a family.
