At 16 you shouldn't have to much to do growing wise unless you were a late bloomer or something. Do you have muscular shoulders? That was the main thing my past gf's have complemented me on, sexy shoulders and gorgious hair lol. Sorry for the spelling errors and grammer I can tell I'm messing up here and there but don't have the care to fix them.

I'm great with stuff involving foot work but I'm like a cat I can perform great but only in short doses I don't have lots of stamina, I have lots of endurance just like running lots and stuff sucks. So soccer is kickass and I have excellent depth perceptiong so shooting hoops and frizbee golf is really good too. You?

i'm pretty good with soccer because it the game just makes sense, plus i have a hell of a kick, i can get it passed ANYONE
i also play football on occasion, it appeals to my GO-HURT-SOMTHING side, once the ball is in my hands ican get it through anything.
basketball i like, but alas i suck so i don't play often -
I don't care for football at all I only watch the super bowl cause I have a cool way of betting money on it. I have a good kick too. Football is to much of a jock sport for me, how much of a jock are you?

lol um.. it depends on when you catch me. i'm pretty much immersed in acedimic brainy type things. (college, scientific journals, books)
but then i can go hang out with my team and i'm focused on the game, all into how many pullups we can do. yup so, it really depends -
Funny, me relating to even a semi jock on body shape and size even if you're not done growing I'm still packing on more muscles too. Have you got abs, I have 15 1/4 inch calfs you?

What I'm making you look just a bit smaller so now you doubt it? lol so about the abs? In 2nd grade during p.e. we did these tests on how many sit ups and stuff we could do and you only had to do like 15 to pass but I did 35 so he was gonna just say stop so I said I felt like I'd only done 2 and I did feel that way it was crazy, so me and this jock were the only to left and we went up to the 80's so he just said stop cause he thought we never would. lol Oh and he actually watched for form to so if you made 2 mistakes you were done.

nice, yeah, crunches are no problem. though i have a hard time counting reps for my abb workout for whatever reason so i usually time it to keep me on track. i can get in 100 in a minute. my pushups tho are better

Ya pushups are easier for me now than sit ups actually. I can see a slight outline of a six pack on my stomach. I want to get two padded bars running pairalel (I cannot f---ing spell tonight) to eachother running across a work out room so I can put my legs over one then my feet under the other so I can safely hang then get a 25 lb weight out to hold against my chest as i do sit ups.

lol so do you do wall sits? If so how long I have a watch I time it to 80 with before my thighs shake a bit to much.

I also keep my legs in relation to my torso at about a 85-90 degree angle.

yea only if i sit against a wall i can go forever, i have to sit free, my core muscles are hard as hell because of my aikido
