You just lost weight and changed your mind? Why didn't you just eat things like nuts more with higher fat content and protein? So you did it for 3 whole years and quit, was any of it for the animals?

You should sometime when we have another person or two. I've played with carri, orkemedes, and death then Sex me, and f--- it I'm not gonna list em all but it was fun. So we both exercise a bit so I'm curious how big around are your arms? I measured flexed muscles and I'm at 10 inches even at the forearms and a hair from 12 on biceps.

over the bicep its abicep its right at 11and half, my forearms are nowere near that big though. whats your shoulder width?

I work out my forearms with a one handed weight alot. My shoulders are 22 inches across and I'm 5 8. I'm not sure if thats actually broad shouldered but I have big muscles on my shoulders like above and behind your clavicles, so it looks that way. You?

nice, i'm 5'7 at this point, my shoulders measure 20 inch across. lol hell i got a lot of growing to do
