Also Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, although they might not exactly be as punk as those other bands, but my iPod classifies them as punk and I kind of do too

No offense Sport, but your iPod is retarded. Red Jumpsuit Apparatus certainly is not punk. Pop-punk would be the proper definition, and even that is a bit debatable. Listen to Sex Pistols, Ramones, or especially Black Flag and Circle Jerks, and you'll agree that Red Jumpsuit has almost nothing in common with those bands, and is pretty antithecal to their entire aesthetic.
