The blender part actually scared me as a child to somewhat lol but besides that I see it as a good movie for starters in the horror genre still.

The part where some of the bad gremlins sneak into the kitchen and then one of them gets blended up into the blender,it's a bit gorey and sad sense I actually like the little creatures.
