It's hard to decide on only one, but Michael Palin (one of the Pythons) is definitely a brilliant actor. Hilarious and incredibly versatile. :D

David Tenant, Christopher Eccleston, Matt Smith, Karen Gillan, Arthur Darville (I'm pretty sure that's his first name :P he plays Rory Williams in Doctor Who)

If we are truly talking best actors, then Marlon Brando and Robert DeNiro are the best. Pacino has his moments, but he is a little overrated in my opinion. As for more current actors, Christian Bale is the probably the best. He is far and away the best Batman, and he was great in The Fighter.
There aren't an awful lot of good actresses that stand out to me, but I like Emma Stone. I haven't really seen enough of Jennifer Lawrence, everyone seems to think she's a great actress though. -
My personal favorites (in no order): Robert DeNiro, Christian Bale, Gary Oldman, Robert Downed Jr., Emma Watson, Nay Rivera, Darren Criss

I loved all the actors in Harry Potter (for the most part) and the guy who plays Bilbo in the new Hobbit movie and is Watson in the Tv series Sherlock(Sorry i don't know his name.:/
