Yep, that is correct. A BOOK.
Plots need to have action and A little bit of Romance, other wise I will not use them. Sorry everyone.
Characters need to be RANDOM. I have no idea what plots will come through, so I need THOUSANDS of characters.

History: dad died, have 3 sisters (23, 21, 1) and 5 brothers (twins 22, she don't know the others) mom sick and she has to take care of her baby sister and her mom while the others have fun or work.
Looks: brown hair, brown eyes, medium tall.
Other: draw, sing, always want to go to school to learn and get away from home. -

Personality: cold, strong, a leader, rotten (evil) to the core, thinks everyone is a lower class than her, good strategist, exceptionally well at fighting, smart
History: she had no family so she had to survive. She traveled and fought as much as she could. Later she could see where a flaw is in a fighting style and exploit it.
Looks: red eyes that turn black when she's angry. Auburn medium length hair. Regular - tall.
Other: leader of the Galactic Resistance. Cares if troops die because its a waste of strength.
After this I'll post a plot idea -
it could be about a girl that goes to a mall and then there is a big accident. The science facilities a few blocks away from the mall explodes. The girl is outside when it happened and got shapeshifting powers. After the explosion she was found and healed by the Galactic Enforces, the good guys. She then has to help them destroy the central chamber of a planet where the Galactic Resistance (bad guys) set up their headquarters. She has to do all that while learning to control her power and a bit of romance . P.S. Kara is also a shapeshifter

Personality- Wild, crazy, thinks she can do certain things when she can't, random, fun to be with, funny, know what to say and when to say it, bossy, annoying (to a degree), loud, serious when needed to be, likes to immitate people, loves cats, optimistic, positive, loyal, focused,
History- Penelope grew up in a small cottage with her mom, dad and older brother. She was taught by her mother to learn how to use a rapier and use it well. Her father taught her to fight without using weapons as well, incase she'd ever need to use it. After an explosion/mob/whatever the plots bad guys are, attack her home killing her family, Penelope became an assasin living in a small room above a bar. She meets the main character when asked to kill them.
Looks- Long light brown hair, green eyes, tall, thin and slender
Outfits- Wears a "Puss in Boots" hat, white shirt with brown corset tied above it, brown/black pants and black boots with red lining. A brown belt with a gold buckle hangs on her waist holding her silver rapier. She also where's matching gloves.
Other- Penelope's powers are talking to animals and plants and having extremely good stealth, agility, evasiveness, speed, battle skill and dexterity. She loves nature and likes to get close to it. Cats are her favorite animal! :)
