I glumly follow them to the car. As we hop in I ask "Have you guys seen Mia in the past few hours by any chance?"
"Well..." August starts. The two of them exchange weird looks. I have an extremly bad feeling about this. -
"Uh..." Violet said, as if she was keeping a secret, an awful secret. "Well, she's with... the other person." she continued on.

"WHAT OTHER PERSON!" I scream.
"Well, umm" August starts.
"You know what? Never mind!" I yell. "Just take me to Mia and the other person!"
Violet shakes her head " I don't want to"
"If you don't take me.." I start.
"Ok, fine! I'll take you."Sighs Violet. "We have to hurry though, I still want to get on the boat in time" -
"Oh, that's fine! The only thing I'm focused on right now is getting Mia back." I said sternly, and the car went weirdly silent.

I honestly don't know why they are so paniced about getting to Lanoo island on time, theres literally another boat leaving in an hour so we an just get on that... If I still want to go.
I really hope 'the other person' isn't who I think they are. If Mia is cheating on me, I don't know what I'll do to myself. -
Violet broke the eerie silence a few minutes later. "Lukas, are you okay?" she said, all worried and sad and anxious again. "No." I mumbled, a frown on my face. "We'll solve this problem soon, Lukas. Please calm down." August continued. I nodded, taking a deep breath and thinking it through.

"How?!" I ask. "Theres nothing we can do! She left me! I'm the one who got in trouble! It's my fault!!!"
The two of them look at each other, jaw dropped. The rest of the drive is silent. -
We arrived at the Azure Park, where I saw Mia with 'the other person.' At that point, I felt like exploding into tears, but I tried my hardest not to. Mia's harsh words repeated in my head again, and with those words came part of Violet's sentence. She's with the other person. You've gotten in trouble too many times with the police.

Why? What was she doing with Justin!

I jumped out of the car.
'Lukas, wait!' Violet exclaimed, but I had already shut the door. August and her jumped out of the car, chasing after me. I stormed towards Mia and Justin, tears selling in my eyes. I could barely think straight. Everything was falling apart. -
welling*)

I glanced at Mia, then looked back at Violet and August. The slight drizzle of rain outside calmed me down a little.

I can't think straight, everythings going so fast. Before I realised what I was actually doing, I start running towards Mia. A mix of both love and hate whirle around my body. I nearly slip in the rain but I keeo running. As soon as Mia sees me, she freezes.

I couldn't help it, couldn't help. I ran and ran, stretching my hand out until I hit the green grass, and even then I still kept running, with what felt like a thousand tears falling down my inconsolable face. "Lukas, please, wait!" I heard my friends say behind my back, but I didn't care.

I start yelling at Mia. "WTF Mia!!!" Mia looks at me in an expression I can't recognise.
"Lukas, it's not what you think!" says Violet.
"Then what is it?"
