I looked forward as I watched,not knowing what to do, as Ed had told me to stay back. Right now my boyfriend was fighting Envy,a humunculous, and was doing pretty well so far.However, as I watched him,I looked away for a second only to hear the sounds of ripping cloth,and something splattering onto the floor. When I looked back I saw one thing: a dead body. Not just any dead body,Edward Elric's body. I couldn't believe my eyes. "Edward.." I said,tears springing to my eyes. I then started running to the blonde. "EDWARD!!" I screamed,getting down next to him,my hands landing in his blood. "Ed..please don't leave me...please you're all I have left!!!" I couldn't stop the tears flowing down my face. "Ed....NOO!!!" I screamed, leaning over his bloody body. "Envy...YOU b------!!!!" I began fighting him,but he ran away mid-battle. "Edward.." I touched his cold colorless skin gently. "N-no..." I lifted him up,bringing him to my chest, kissing his cold lips as gently as possible,as if to hard would break him. I began sobbing uncontrollably. A few minutes later, Al came,and I began crying hard again. "I-I'm sorry Al...I couldn't save him...I promise...I'll get your body back...for him." I cried softly,and we took Ed's body to the hospital. I wouldn't let them take his body away from me,so I slept next to the dead body. I slid his still open eyes closed with my fingertips gently. "G-goodnight Ed..." I began crying and put my head on his cold chest,sobbing. Al could be heard,but I tuned the world out. "I-I love you.." I said then couldn't talk anymore. However,I thought,I could hear him say: "I love you too Em,look out for Al for me." I began crying again,crying myself to sleep pn my loves dead body. -
