I can't believe this. I mean, even with a cloaking spell over the thread (Demi (my bestie, a daughter of Hecate) tested it and said it was legit), you just get on here and put yourself out in the open, willing to trust anyone who says they're like you, even if you havent met them before in your life? If we can see through the spell, Hunters probably can as well.
Bianca and Demi seem to trust it though, and I trust them. So hey. Clarissa, daughter of Athena here.
Bianca: The current score for the Hunter/Monster-killing contest is 28-14 with me in the lead. :) -
@Rissa: You're still keeping count? And I don't entirely trust it. I mean, hunters HAVE attacked me mentally so they might see through it. 50/50 if you ask me.
But it's so crazy. I have no idea who my parent is or anything. And I was also brought up as a Christian but I've always felt a connection with Greek Mythology. -
@Bianca I was brought up a Christian as well, but I never had a dad. He left before I was even born. I was always getting into fights at school, and I was really good at it. I always felt a connection to Ares, and on my 12th birthday I found out why.
And I also wonder if there are mortals on here because of the PJ series. -
Bianca: Yes, we are. XP Also, I said that there was a chance that they could see through the spell.
DK: That's always a possibility, and it is probably fairly likely.
My claiming? Well, I was claimed without realizing it (mom must've been so proud of me LOL). I was at the library and the only other person in there near me was Demi. We were sitting in chairs underneath a big bookcase when a book fell off into my lap, and the book was open to the page on Athena. -
HA! Josh, I knew you were a demigod! I knew it! I knew it! I knew it!
-
I haven't told my "mom" about my claiming. I don't think she'll believe me. And I know Dad will deny it. He's a converted Christian, and that was because of my adopted mom, so I'm pretty sure he's not gonna say anything. Another thing you guys should know about me: I'm a witch. Muggle- born, obviously, since Dad's a Muggle. But, the thing is, I don't know if I should call myself a Muggle-born, because my dad's a Muggle, or half-blood because of Mom (Demeter). Help?
-
I have no idea.... Maybe you're not really a witch, you just seem to be since you're a demigod.
-
I'm a full on witch. :P
My parents knew. I just never went to Hogwarts. XD -
But actually, nearly anyone can do magic. Everybody has the power, they just need to know how to use it. Some have more power than others.
-
@DarkestKiss: No, I'm a witch. I go to a wizarding school (Salem Witch Academy) in Oregon. It's not huge, like Hogwarts, and not as old, but I think Dad wants me to go to Hogwarts next year. He's been talking about it since last year. :P I'm not sure, but I think his sister is a witch, and she went to Hogwarts.
-
Salem Academy for Witches. The sign is enchanted so that it reads: "Salem Academy for Women" to Muggles. I went there for three years, then transferred to Hogwarts because Dad wrote Professor McGonagall. :P I miss Montana. The open skies; the soft, moist soil; the feeling of wheat in my hands. *sigh* I have four places to call home now: 1. Montana 2. Salem Academy for Witches 3. Camp Hal-Blood 4. Hogwarts
-
Okay, I did a little research and got a few results. Where was the school?
-
DO ANY OF YOU KNOW IF THERE ARE WITCH SCHOOLS IN SOUTH AFRICA?! Its kinda killing me.
-
Salem, Oregon. SA? I have no idea. But, I'm at Hogwarts right now, although my stepmother has been begging me to return to Montana for part of the summer, after my fourth year. She wants me to continue at S.A.W., I think.
-
O_o MY DAD LIED TO ME!!! He said he was a Muggle, then just now, Professor Flitwick said he taught a man named Kory King (my father) and asked if I was related to him. But maybe he's a Muggle...I don't think I'm going back to Montana for a while...
