Thread Topic: I wonder....

I wonder if kids in China ever open their Happy Meal toys and say, "Hey I made this."
-
They probably don't typically get happy meals....
-
I doubt they actually made it.
-
Well what if they get happy meals at lunch breaks while making toys? *mother of god face*
-
They get a bowl of rice every day, pretty much. Happy meals cost too much money. But good try.
-
What tongue said. No company is going to hash out the money to buy happy meals for their workers.
-
I don't live in China but where I live..The same as you said..None of us ever opened a Happy Meal..=(
-
Dragon- You're not missing much. McDonalds has disgusting food, and it's really really unhealthy if you eat it enough. So yeah, I would be fine to live where you live, since Happy Meals are disgusting anyway
-
The Happy Meal toys are cheap. The only one I still have is a small Sonic Game.
Cmon, those things will be worth something in the future. XD -
Not that we are poor,no.In fact,we're rich. But there's no McDonalds in our country..:I I once ate at McDonalds and it was 3 years ago when we went to Turkey..We were out of their money that day and all we had were dollars which they don't accept so we bought a hamburger for all of us.(5)

e.e seriously? Do you ever look at something and say, "this country made this!" Oh right, the US makes nothing for themselves. Their damn uniforms for the Olympics weren't made in the US! They were made in China! Huge once every four years shindig and they don't even make their own uniforms?! Same with flags. e.e they're supposed to be special, but they're so cheap and un-American it's laughable.

^ What Teresa said.
It's sad we don't make anything anymore. It's the decline of skilled labor in America, and it's going to be a long-term problem. -
There hasn't been much skilled labor in this country since about the Civil War actually. All the industrial jobs that used to be the backbone of our economy went to places like Mexico or China because those were jobs for unskilled laborers, and the people in those countries were willing to do the work for $1 a day.

Yup, exactly. xP
