I'll do this by day.
Just so you know, Jonny, Mary, Drake, the twins, Mum, and Dad went along lol. :P
Thursday- The first day. I got around three hours of sleep so I was a bit cranky. But Jonny was in the same car as us (Decided against going with Mary) so I was entertained. XD The interesting part of the whole ride (Los Angeles to El Paso, Texas) was when my mm and dad were talking about careers, he said I would be a damn good cartoonist. ._. That scares me.
Anyway! When we got to El Paso, we went to a motel. e_e It had all these huge flying cockroaches dude. So yeah, we all had to share a bed with a person and I went to share one with Jonny, which was a bad idea. XD Haha he was poking me all night and a train passed by every ten minutes for half an hour or something. XD
Friday- Basically we went from El Paso to Dallas. :P Jon kept making all these stupid jokes to keep me entertained, yeah it worked. XD Then when we got to the motel, the car heated up. e_e But then it cooled down after a while. Then in the motel, OH MY GOD THERE WAS THIS COCKROACH ON THE BED OH JEEZ.
But the beds were really soft. XD Haha but we had to share again. Oh and then we went to visit family. :D They're so fun and nice, they told me I was so tall and pretty. :P
Saturday- That was birthday night. :D Alexa is such a nice person, she let me dance valss (traditional dance (when you're in Mexico or follow the tradition) for the 15th birthday of a girl) with her even though I never had danced it before. :D And we had this awesome night and Jon danced as well (he shuffled. XD), but he got pretty damn tipsy after a while. e_e So I danced with my younger cousin instead. We left at midnight, and damn, that was pretty much the best day of the trip. XD
Oh, and Mary and her side of her family were there too, but we didn't see much of them. xD
Sunday- Our last day in Texas. :P We drove from Dallas to New Mexico, close to Tucson in Arizona. We slept at a motel, and guess what? NO COCKROACHES. :D But I was getting really tired of eating fast food. e_e
Today- I swear, we were so close to dying today. e_e The trip was fine, until we got to Phoenix, where the car started to heat up again. So we kept stopping every twenty miles to heat down the car, and guess where the damn thing broke down?
Central Desert, CA, 200 miles from Los Angeles. IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE, BASICALLY.
Then Jon decided to do this 'heroic' thing and go find a towing company. AND WALK MILES IN DAMN 110 DEGREE WEATHER.
I swear, Mary better be happy for leaving earlier than us. e_e
So then he left, and I was so worried for him because he only took a water bottle with him and he was taking so long. D: We went like an hour waiting for him, and I told my dad to call him, but Jon's phone was off. So then I just totally lost it and told my parents I was going to go after him.
Then a tow truck comes and Jon was in it. e_e I'm going to kill him for being so damn stupid and worrying me like that.
So we came home and I literally have a pain in my ass. :D
What I found weird is that we were pardoned from a speeding ticket (long story..) because the officer said that 'your daughter there shouldn't have to face you two worrying about a ticket, so I'll just give you a warning'.
e.e Wtf does that mean.
LOL But he also mentioned that 'your son ain't look like you two'.
LOL Jonathan's face when he said that. XD That was funny as hell.
And Texas accent is so.. different. Uhg, I can't understand s--- of what they say dude.
Overall.. It was.. different. XD Probably not the best trip because of the car thing but okay. -
Sounds like fun. :3 Minus the part where you're car broke down.
