  Is it a little insensitive? Yes, but there are far worse racist jokes than that. Those of us who know Bob know he is a very open-minded individual and not at all racist, and his joke is actually that, a joke. It shouldn't be taken seriously. If you don't find it funny or find it offensive, fine, but just understand that those jokes aren't meant to be taken seriously.
