On average the nicest? Meanest?
I feel like Norway would have some nice people. I hear lots of people in the north like North Dakota or wherever are really nice, lol my father said when he was their people were so friendly you'd think if you robbed a bank they'd hold the door open for you and wish you a nice day on your way out. xD I picture Romania would be dicks and I've heard that too, maybe Cuba also lol idk. -
czech, and south africa, they suck.
i have no clue about nicest but by far the coolest people i've met came from jerusalem, and india. those peeps impressed the hell out of me. -
