*she nods slightly, and moves to set the knife down and grab a glass from the cabinet, before setting it down and tilting her hand for the blood to run into it, letting it get a 10th of the way full before stopping and clenching the cut hand, handing the glass to Ellis*
Just a sip is all you need, it should reverse the effects.
