  That when you submit something and it hasnt been 30 seconds, it says 25 now?

  Yeah, when you're a Junior it decreases to 25 seconds

  Junior: twenty five seconds
  Experienced-advanced: twenty seconds
  Senior: fifteen seconds
  Hotshot: ten seconds
  
  That's what I think the wait limit is.

  That was a test. Hotshot is in fact 10 seconds.
