I know that you personally have a busy life. And I respect the fact that you can't be here all the time. But in your absence alot can and usually does go wrong. You have only ever once banned a user, but still people repeatedly break your rules over and over again because they know that you wont be here frequently enough to stop them.
I humbly request that you grant some of the more mature members moderator privileges. I know that on the occasion that you do show up, that you do get to know the personality of some of us better. The ability to delete posts, or give short term suspensions to those repeat offenders would be much appreciated and would help those of us who support the idea of a clean website actually maintain it that way.
I know I'm not perfect. I make rant threads. And I use language that's blocked on here. But I never single out individuals for hate threads. I don't have cyber sex. I don't post pictures that are bad. I try to maintain myself as a decent user. And there are others out there like me. We just want to clean this place up. To take GTQ back from this hole it's fallen into.
I know you probably won't get a chance to read this. But if by some chance you do, please say so. It would mean alot. Thank you.

This is highly practical and reasonable. I agree wholly.

Ideas on what should be deleted:
-The excessive cyber sex.
-Spam threads.
-ect
Ideas on people who should get maybe 1 week bans
Newbs who post cyber sex threads after they've been warned.
Profiles that troll after being warned.
Profiles that are second acc---s, created for only hate. (delete the threads too)
That's all I've got so far. I might be going a little extreme on it. But tell me what you all think.
(Another Idea, for a mod to use mod powers, at least 3 mods would have to do it. That way, no one person can go mad with power.) -
