How come I can't set my pic when I use my iPod touch? I can only do it on a laptop it's annoying. -_-

I know I try to upload pics on my iPod but it won't work :(
I don't think you can upload pics from the iPod touch.. :( -
well the facebook app let's you upload pics from the iPod.. but I don't have a facebook.. XD but still it doesn't work well from what I heard...
Apple Inc. once again you let us down.
