What drew just said in a nutshell: You guys, while annoying, are at least social and converse with others. Maru doesnt talk to almost anyone out of their friend zone and just seems like a snob

@Drew Whenever a regular user posts to talk to us, we're all pretty chill about it. Personally I like to chat to even the newer users because some of them share interests with me. The only time we're hostile/sneer is when a) it's a troll or b) it's someone who started being hostile to us at first. However, instead of starting this s--- where we need to be replaced, why don't you just tell us that's why you think we're unfit for mods? Why can't you be open to us instead of hiding behind a facade and pretending that we're never going to listen to what you have to say? I'm sure all of the moderators would be cool looking over themselves as a person and assessing how we approach all users.
Can't do much about the age difference, though. Additionally, if the older population were to dislike me and bb, that means the other moderators are around to appeal to them. This site is made up of kids/teens/adults. So me and bb are more likely to appeal to you than Maru. But Maru appeals to some of the older users like Heph and Rosio. Additionally, not everyone has the same personality. No, not even- EVERYONE has a different personality! So what you don't like, other people do. And that's why I believe none of us have to go, other than the inactive moderators.
@Sylvia What I don't understand is why Drew is only pointing out the three of us. Why isn't she additionally saying what's wrong about every moderator? Also, if "so many people want us gone", why is it only Drew sticking out? I think this entire thing is a load of bull that I shouldn't keep bringing up but I wanted to know the truth so I did it anyway. Maru is capable of speaking to other users. BUT, just like me, people don't openly come up to us. It's hard for them to talk to people who won't talk to them. -
^The newbs don't work like that. You actually have to make an effort to go into their thread and catch their attention. Once you gain their trust, they'll talk to you without being "scared". You just can't expect people to be naturally attracted to talk to you. :/
