No. We ask for it, and then he decides if he's going to do it or not. That's how the very first moderators were picked. Someone made a thread and GTQ Guy was like "OK MODS TIME" and picked who he wanted from those who were nominated.

Or it would be cool if anyone could delete post with at least 4 dislikes (or the offensive button). That way there wouldn't be the need of mods. Cause that seems to be the issue as well? -

@Kala Oh don't worry about it, I wasn't trying to shoot you down. Le1f and Drew were claiming we need new moderators, so someone Le1f made a thread with his/her nominations. Maru is emailing GTQ guy right now to ask about the whole ordeal so if there's another nomination thing going on we'll let you know.

@1714 Le1f started complaining that Maru used their offensive button for wrong. That's why I was speaking about it in the beginning. Also, why else would you be trying to get rid of us? The only reason to get rid of a moderator is if they aren't doing their job, which includes a) trolls and b) deletion. So your topic has that one linked to it.

Yeah, same. This stuff can get really stressful. But please, if you have any more suggestions, don't be afraid to voice them. Not a lot of people will. Plus, you were very polite about it, so I thank you so much for that!

I just explained it.
We want new things, especially people so we can see how they can manage the site. The people we recommended definitely would manage it better. -
Why don't you tell us what we're doing wrong, Drew? Besides the fact you hate us, what's so bad about us that we "aren't managing it properly" and therefore means the site needs people who can "manage it better"?

Not just for their ways of thinking but the ways they can connect to users like any regular user on the f---ing internet instead of being sneer. Sure, you guys are hella annoying and I wish you guys could slam yourselves into a wall on repetition, but you guys have that trait just slightly.
I personally believe Maru or The Coldest Sun lacks that quality. I admit you and Brownie can talk to people by being adequately articulate but I don't see it much in the others. Maybe because of the age differences, the way you guys socially interact with people and the different personalities, I don't know??
