Gtq guy doesnt care anymore! This site was overrun by little kids who trashed it, sowe're left to manage newbs. Newbies, older users dont like you because little kods keep joining. Be responsible! Gain ranks! And if your a kid, gtq guy wont protect you! He. Doesn't. Care.

Actually, he does care, just not as much as you think. He has to pay for the site monthly. If he didn't care, he'd cancel it or stop paying so the site gets shut down. He cares by paying for it.

^ Not sure, i don't know much about it but it could be an automatic setup that he has no choice about. He might care about the income he gets from its popularity but not the upkeep.

He pays for this site monthly. He maintains it as a hobby, and it's not even the only site he has. Consider this when you look at how often GTQ guy isn't here, he runs this site. ALL OF IT. That means the quizzes, the polls, the forums, EVERYTHING. And he also runs at least one other site. One that I'm fairly certain is more of a handful than this one.
It's not that GTQ guy doesn't care. He's just a very busy person. -
Is there even anything to run? He's set the quiz system up so everything happens automatically e.g the quizzes getting to the front page. Sure he made it but he doesn't have to do anything to maintain it but pay for it.

He used to, (I don't know if he still does or not) run a dating site as well as GTQ. Very similar build and everything.
