You have to be a novice to set a profile picture. The quickest way to do this is to make a quiz and make sure it's linked to your account.
To do this, make sure you're signed in and click on "create a quiz" in blue on the top of the website and make a quiz.
Advice: please don't make pointless quizzes just to level up. -
When on the forums, click on your username which will take you to your account page, then click on where your picture should be and upload a PIC.
Pictures need to be an almost perfect square or you'll get a message saying it is the wrong size. -
Quiz name:The random quiz
Quiz password:random
Link that quiz and you'll be novice for a while. -
